It seems JustBooks is charging ‘Convenience Fee’ of 3.5% per transaction on the membership fee if fee is paid online. This appears to be hidden charges and not mentioned anywhere on the JustBooks website.

Why is JustBooks charging this Convenience Fee and not very transparent about it? Can we trust JustBooks?
